Returns & Exchanges

Most of our products are custom printed and made-to-order, so returns are limited to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery with photo documentation. Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

We cannot accept returns for:

Incorrect sizing
Personalization errors submitted by the customer
Change-of-mind purchases

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed in the order received. Because items are custom-made, please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Details:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method chosen.
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
