How does my purchase give back?

Every time you place an order with Rally & Rival, 10% of gross sales is donated directly to the school you support — no sign-ups or extra steps required. We track all purchases by school and will send out donation checks on a quarterly basis. Your purchase directly helps fund school programs, supplies, and student experiences. It’s our way of turning your school spirit into meaningful support for education.

Are you locally owned?

Yes! We’re proud to be a locally owned small business supporting our community.

Do you partner with schools or booster clubs?

Yes! We’d love to partner with you for spirit wear, practice or team gear, fundraisers, or preorders. Please email us at hello@varsityvibes.com to learn more.

Do you offer bulk discounts for school groups?

Yes! We can create special pricing for large group or team orders. Email us at hello@varsityvibes.com for details.

Are these unisex or women’s cut shirts?

Most shirts are unisex unless otherwise noted. We also offer some women’s cut options — check the size chart on the product page.

Can I customize my shirt with my child’s name?

We’d love to help with customizations! If customization is not currently available on the product you would like to purchase, please email us at hello@varsityvibes.com with your request, and we’ll get back to you with options.

Do you have youth sizes or toddler sizes?

Yes! Most designs are available in youth sizes. Toddler sizes are available upon request and may require additional lead time. Full size availability is listed on each product page.

When will I get my order?

Stock apparel and accessories are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours. Custom blankets and made-to-order apparel will ship within 72 hours. Most orders ship from Shreveport, LA via USPS, and arrive within 2–3 business days after shipping. You'll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order is on the way!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Do you offer local pickup?

At this time, we ship directly to your home. We’re exploring local and school delivery options in the future.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at hello@varsityvibes.com ASAP with "URGENT REQUEST" in the subject line and we’ll try our best to update it for you.

What is the return policy?

Unworn, unwashed items can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery if your item arrived damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item or size. Custom items are final sale unless we made an error on your customization, in which case we will gladly make it right. Please see our returns page for full eligibility details.

Are any purchases final sale?

Personalized items can’t be returned or exchanged. Some clearance items are also final sale, and we make sure those are clearly marked before you check out.

Do you ship directly to schools?

School delivery is currently only available for faculty purchases. All other orders will ship directly to your home.

Where are your products manufactured?

We source garments from trusted vendors, produce and apply our designs in‑house, and use third‑party partners for custom blanket production.
