We want you to love your Rally & Rival gear! Because most of our apparel is custom printed on demand for each order, we’re unable to offer standard returns or exchanges like traditional retail stores. That said, if something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right.

While most items are made specifically for you and your school, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below is everything you need to know about our return and exchange policy.

🔍 Sizing Tip: Apparel brands and styles can fit differently. We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide before ordering to ensure the best fit.

🔍 Order Check: Many Rally & Rival items are created specifically for a school or team. Please double-check your school, mascot, design, and size before placing your order, as custom items cannot be changed after production begins.


What We Can Accept

We gladly review return or replacement requests within 10 days of delivery if:

• Your item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item, size, or customization

To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
Reported within 10 days of delivery with photo documentation

What We Can’t Accept

Because most Rally & Rival items are custom printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected during checkout
• Change of mind after ordering
• Incorrect school, mascot, or personalization details submitted by the customer


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

• BOGO promotion items (free item is final sale)
• Last Chance sale items
• Accessories (jewelry, hats, scarves, sunglasses, belts, handbags)

Refunds

Once an approved return or issue is confirmed:

• We may offer a replacement item or store credit
• Store credit never expires and can be used on any future Rally & Rival purchase


Return Shipping

If a return shipment is required:

• Rally & Rival will cover shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
• In other approved situations, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility

Some issues may be resolved without requiring the item to be returned.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email returns@rallyandrival.com within 10 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and a photo of the issue

  3. If approved, we’ll provide next steps


Our Right to Refuse Returns

Rally & Rival reserves the right to deny returns that:

• Do not meet policy requirements
• Are submitted outside the return window
• Show signs of wear or misuse
